How does the selling process work?
Contact us: Please fill out the Seller Inquiry questionnaire to the best of your knowledge for the club(s) and / or other item(s) you are looking to sell. Please be as descriptive as possible, but don't worry if you don't know every detail. We can work with you to fill in any gaps later. Alternatively, you can send us your information via email to chris@loopersupplyco.com.
Receive a free, no-obligation quote: We will respond back with a fair market value quote based on the PGA Value Guide and other online marketplaces. In some instances we may kindly let you know the inventory is not right for us. Unfortunately, we can't buy everything.
Convenient meet-up: Once a deal is agreed on, we will set up a safe, public meet-up at your convenience.

Why should I sell to you?
Convenience: We come to you, relatively speaking. You will receive a free, no-obligation quote without ever having to leave your home. No sitting in traffic or waiting in line at a big box store. When you are ready to sell, we will meet at a place and time that is convenient for you.
Higher sales value: We run a lean operation, so we don't have the overhead of a large, retail golf store. As a result, we can generally pay you more for your items than you would receive at those large golf stores.
Cash in your pocket: You will get paid in cash to use wherever and however you want. You won't be locked in to store credit from a trade-in.
No more marketplace hassles: Sick of the generic "Is this still available?" messages? Sick of buyers ghosting you? Sick of sketchy buyers or phishing scams? So are we. Skip the hassle of the other local online marketplaces and sell directly to us.
What do you buy?
While we primarily buy golf clubs, we also buy a wide range of other golf equipment, including shafts, bags and balls. Additionally, we also buy apparel from certain golf brands. When in doubt, ask us, we just might buy it!
Where are you located?
We are located in central Bergen County, New Jersey. We primarily buy from sellers in the North Jersey area, but we would make exceptions to travel to the rest of the tri-state area for larger buyouts.
We are working on building out our process for buying clubs from outside the tri-state area. More information on that process will be coming soon.
What types of golf clubs do you buy?
We buy drivers, woods, irons (sets and individual irons), wedges and putters.
We primarily buy clubs from large name brands such as TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Mizuno, Cobra, etc., but there are many quality clubs we would be happy to take a look at.
We primarily buy modern clubs from the last 20 or so years.
How much will I get paid for my items?
We offer fair market value prices based on the PGA Value Guide and other online selling platforms. We strive to be fair and transparent in our offer process.
Do you buy all golf clubs?
Unfortunately, we can't buy everything. Due to advancements in technology, there are many clubs that are not played anymore. When you message us, we will reply with a no-obligation quote or kindly let you know the item(s) is not for us. When in doubt, it can't hurt to ask us!
What condition do my items need to be in?
We accept items in a range of conditions. Whether your clubs are lightly used or well-worn, reach out and we'll let you know if they're a good fit. The value of your items will likely be condition dependent.
Is there any obligation to sell once I receive a quote?
Absolutely not! Our quotes are completely free and no obligation. If the offer doesn't work for you, there's no pressure. In most cases, the offer will stand.
How and where do we meet?
Once a deal is agreed on, we arrange for a safe, public meet-up at a location and time that is convenient for you.
Do you do contactless transactions?
Yes. We would be happy to arrange a contactless transaction if that is most convenient for you.
How do I get paid?
You get paid in cash at the time of the meet-up — quick and easy!
How long does it take to receive a quote?
We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. You will typically hear back within the same day.
